About This Site

This is an unofficial fan-made guide site for Slay the Spire 2, maintained by players who love deckbuilding roguelikes. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Mega Crit. All rights to the game name and artwork belong to their respective owners.

Our goal is simple: turn scattered Early Access information into a bilingual guide you can actually play from — character mechanics, a card & relic database, build recommendations, pathing strategy and every boss fight.

Sources & Methodology

All content is re-compiled and rewritten (never copied verbatim) from the following public sources, cross-checked before publishing:

Source Used For
Official Wiki Base values and mechanics for cards, relics and enemies
Steam Announcements Patch notes, balance changes, EA roadmap
Untapped.gg Win-rate stats and build popularity reference
sts2front & community databases Data verification and new-content intel
All values on this site reflect the v0.111 main-branch build. The game is in Early Access and balance changes frequently — in-game values always take precedence.
Editorial Principles

Playtested First

Build and boss strategies come from real runs by our editors and community players — no untested theorycraft.

Community Consensus

Tier ratings (S/A/B) blend Untapped stats with mainstream community discussion; we flag disagreements instead of selling opinions as gospel.

Patch Tracking

Every patch triggers a review of affected entries; pages state their applicable version and stale content is clearly marked.

Editorial Process

Who writes these guides

The ST S2 Guide Team is a small independent crew of long-time spire climbers and data wranglers. We maintain this site as a fan project: every guide is written and reviewed in-house before publication, and each page names the game version it was checked against.

1 · Research from primary sources

Card numbers, relic effects, enemy patterns and patch changes are collected from the official wiki, developer patch notes and in-game observation — never copied from other guide sites.

2 · Version-anchored verification

Every number we publish is anchored to a named game version. When sources disagree or a value has only one source, the page says so explicitly instead of guessing.

3 · Tracked updates

We track every patch in our version log. When balance changes touch a card, relic or boss covered by a guide, the guide is re-checked and its "updated" date moves.

Currently checked against v0.111
